Based on the BMW 760i/Li, Hamann takes the BMW flagship to new heights with its top model HM 7.1, increasing the already generous V12 engine displacement, from its original 5972 cc to 7080 cc, producing an additional 65 hp and 128 Nm, to reach 510 hp / 375 kW and 728 Nm.

With this power the top BMW 7-Series HM 7.1 accelerates from 0-100 km/h in only 5 seconds (half a second faster) and has now a top speed of 312 km/h, instead of the electronically limited 250 km/h.

The side skirts make the limousine look lower and more stretched.

The HAMANN displacement increase to 7.1 litre is made via the installation of a special crankshaft, the boring up of the cylinders and the fitting of bigger forged pistons.

Additionally, the two cylinder-heads of the V12 four valve engine get machined, with the installation of sport camshafts.

The tune-up also contains modifications on the air induction, the installation of a stainless steel made high performance exhaust system including special manifolds and metal-bed catalysts and a recalibrated electronic control unit (ECU) which perfectly coordinates all components, and eliminates the standard electronic speed limit of 250 km/h.

HM 7.1 improves maximum power from standard 445 hp to 510 hp.

The conversion to HAMANN HM 7.1 specification improves maximum power from standard 445 hp / 327 kW to 510 hp / 375 kW at 6,000 rpm. Simultaneously the maximum torque grows from 600 Nm to 728 Nm at 4,200 revs. Accordingly the road performances of the 760i/Li are improved: the tuned luxury limousine only takes 5.0 seconds from 0 - 100 km/h. Maximum speed is 312 km/h.

On the other hand, BMW's V8-equipped 745i/Li models can be upgraded too with the HAMANN HM 5.2 increased displacement engine delivering 412 hp / 303 kW at 6,100 rpm and 550 Nm of maximum torque at 3,900 revs.

The tuned HM 5.2 luxury limousine accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds, with maximum speed reaching 282 km/h.

Exhaust - HAMANN also offers stainless steel sport exhaust systems for all current BMW 7 Series models which are available with or without exhaust manifolds and metal bed catalysts.

To realize these road performances it is necessary to fit special high performance tires.

Vented and perforated 380 mm discs and 8-pot calipers on the front axle.

Wheels and tyres - HAMANN furnishes the 7 Series BMW with HAMANN PG3 22-inch light alloy wheels. The multi-piece five-spoke rims with high-polished outside well perfectly fill the wheel houses in sizes 9.5 J x 22 front and 10.5 J x 22 or even 11.5 x 22 on the rear axle. They chose the dimensions 265/30 ZR 22 in front and 295/25 ZR 22 rear as optimal tires. Available from now on is the new alloy wheel "ANNIVERSARY I" in 22".

Brakes - The HAMANN tuning program for the BMW 7 Series of the E 65 / E 66 / E 67 range also provides the HAMANN high performance brake system with vented and perforated 380 millimeter discs and 8-pot calipers on the front axle.

Suspension - To give the new BMW a wedge-shaped lowering, HAMANN offers progressively coiled sport springs. With them the bodywork is lowered about 40 millimeters front and about 20 millimeters rear.

Body styling - The modern design of the 7 Series can be refined using sporty yet elegantly styled HAMANN body styling components.

The HAMANN front spoiler, which is fixed on the standard bumper, doesn't only give the car a more prominent face, it also minimizes the lift on the front axle at high speeds. The HAMANN side skirts and door panels make the limousine look lower and more stretched. The rear panel with its integrated diffuser harmonically rounds out the exciting design of the HAMANN body conversion in conjunction with the sport side mirrors. In addition, the 7 Series can be made even more individual HAMANN's roof wing and rear spoiler.

Interior - To upgrade the interior, HAMANN provides exclusive accessories such as an ergonomically designed airbag-sport-steering-wheel with walnut-wood grip zones, aluminium pedals and exclusive floor mats with HAMANN logo.

The cockpit of the limousine can be also designed more individually with custom-made HAMANN full leather trims. The interior appointments are available in any desired color.
